I had many brownspots before…
ung iba nga umitim na… parang mapa yung muka ko..
anyway, i tried almost everything on my face…
lahat na ng whitening agent, wala pa rin
what i used was maxi-peel astringent mga #2 ata
tapus morning and evening ko pinapahid sa face ko upward.. then MENA under makeup..
i also use it bfore i sleep
tapus likas papaya..
what happened was nagpepeel sya gradually..
wala ng brownspot ang muka ko..ni walang trace ng black or brown spot!!!
amazing!!
and yes, always put sunblock ….

cookie, meron ka din? i haven’t visited a derma but if it doesn’t improve i might make an appointment.

anna, i heard the emu oil is good, that is why i bought it. but, you are right, it doesn’t get rid of brown spots. amira magic cream is tempting. thanks!

I got those brown spots years ago when I went to Palawan. Naloka kami sa ganda ng beaches that we thought “anong sunblock sunblock, we’re sun goddesses!” Our group kept on laughing at our friend who was equipped with a hat, wore sunblock unfailingly. Ayun, siya lang walang sunburn, wah!

Emu oil is a good moisturizer. I have been using it for a year. My foot got scalded last month when the denatured alcohol we used for the chafing dish spilled; just a dab of the oil and there was not even a sign of a third degree burn. I am told it is also good for myocarpal — not sure of the spelling == syndrome. But for brown spots? I doubt it.

Ny friend had dark spots (also from long exposure to the sun) which she treated with amira magic cream and her skin is almost back to flawless. You might want to try that.

Naku, I have them too. Got them after my trip to Palawan. My derma gave me a fading cream and I’ve been using it (not religiously) for the past month. Its been working naman. But its mild so medyo slow ang effect nya

i am a nurse but i really have no idea which one to use or not so i suggest that you go see a dermatologist so the doctor can prescribe you a treatment for the brown spots. hope everything turns out well!

K, hahaha…you are correct! but how many times did my skin peel off after i went swimming in the ocean. and it hurt!

so, you heard about ganozhi before? yes, it is a soap and a friend gave it to me to use on my face. why? not good?

i know there are vast array of skin products available on the internet all claiming best for the skin.

Don’t be alarm Belle,, it’s just temporary it will go away, but yikes, get rid of that Ly Na ASAP or that Ganozhi (sorry but isn’t this a body soap?).

I mean really sa ato maski anong init, lakwatsa pa rin kahit walang sunblock, our folks couldn’t careless what SPF is.

Have you heard of AHAVA? ( http://www.ahava.com/ only available online in the US). Why not take a look at these skin products, they have everything to keep your skin nice and…

hi Rach, it is really a must to take care of the skin before it is too late.

sesame, it is Aveeno sunscreen with natural soy, and vitamins A, C, & E. so far, i like it on my skin because it is non-greasy and it makes the skin nice and smooth.

yes, i will never go out without sunscreen anymore…lesson learned.

thanks for your help. i did go to your site and read all about sunscreens. awesome site you got there. i bet you have a flawless skin.
