That's why some of Van Gogh's pictures of coal mines and coalminers are beautiful. That's why really old people are somehow so photogenic. I love the scenes from Catanduanes. Do you know that we lived in mini-store nung masunugan kami. Life that time was so simple yet ang hirap. Pero sa awa, ok naman kami. Nagtinda ako dyan nin kamatis, limon, bawang buda sibuyas na niripak. My mother Kathleen used to be the "popular" one -sya ang Reyna ng Palengke, ngayon naka MANGO brand na sya, pero people still adores her.
