Before the Snow Storm Hits

took these pictures late this afternoon
Have you had your fair share of blustery snow storm yet? In my neck of the wood, we are expecting our first dose of it anytime soon which is supposed to last a week. Yesterday, while I was visiting my daughter, Lexi, in a 7,000-foot altitude city, I heard people talking about it, which made me worry a bit. I don’t care for snow at all. Yes, snow is a beautiful sight to behold, but for a working woman like me, there aren’t words to describe how much I abhor snow especially my kind of work requires me to be on the road most of the time. I do uphold the slogan, “neither rain nor rain nor sleet nor hail shall keep Belle from doing her rounds.”
So, count your blessings if you have the choice to stay by the cozy fireplace, sipping a cup of hot tea or cocoa on a cold winter day.

Looks like overcast, kung sa Virac, may low depression. I don’t like this kind of wheather so much so when it’s pouring.
Pero pag sa ato, maski igwa nin bagyo dai ko lamang biga pansin – pag uminit naman mas gusto ko maski baging naka-paso’ magayon ang hangin.
In HK, rainy season is totally depressing, you can’t move, somebody can poke your eye with an umbrella any minute, only if I were only taller. Ewan ko ba, locals tend not to enjoy the wet season.
The last photo was surreal, para syang in the ‘The Day The Earth Stood Still’ movie.
Ingat lang Belle, whenever you are out on the road
The photos speaks alot. But for me who happens to live in a desert could say more better than experiencing it…I wish once in a lifetime, i would see this snow storm like.
While in the desert we had a sandstorm instead.
So far, back home we had a lot of super typhoon experience since childhood ryt? Iba naman…lol!

Advance Merry Christmas TITA!!!
hugs!
i am yet to experience snow, siguro for a first timer mae-excite pa ako kahit pa sabihing snowstorm yan, i think it’s going to be different if it will be more of a hassle for my work (katulad ng sa yo).
We are having deep freezing temperatures here in winnipeg right now and I think it will last through the whole week. minus 26 C, belle, with windchill that makes it feel like minus 40. brrr!
The lighting is incredible Ate Belle. Awesome picture but I’m with you about not liking snow. Snowing Christmas means having you dragging the Christmas packages in the white stuff. Driving on snow that melted and refroze overnight is the worst.
Stay safe!
Nice shot but looks scary though. I hope all is well. Back here in Manila, it is comfortably chilly.
here in michigan, ordinaryo na lang yan. ha-ha.
Those are great shots but it must be scary to be caught up in one. Hope all is well.
