My daughter, Stephanie, recently received a message from a woman under a username, Vange, in myspace. She said she is currently promoting Filipino talents in Asia via the net because of the sad fact that Filipinos are not well-known asian-wide. I took a quick look at the site and it appears to be valid and genuine. So, Steffi gave her a go ahead to add her profile on the site.
So, my fellow bloggers, have you heard about this site: Asian Popcorn.com Please visit the site and go to the Fan pages to take a peek at Stephanie and other Filipino talents. I even saw Charice Pempengco there, the only one I was familiar with. You guys, however, might recognize a few. And ohh, don’t forget to vote.
I’d never heard about this site either, Belle, but it looks like a good place to check on Asian talents. The artist listed there that am familiar with is Fann Wong from Singapore. She’s been on acting role for more than a decade. I hope Stephanie will get the attention of the bigger producer out there. Fingers crossed.
Slow by slow, or even fast, Stephanie’s fame will spread. I hope there will be an opportunity for her to perform in the Philippines. Siempre someone should stage-mother her. Joke lang Belle. I really meant if Stephanie comes, can Belle be far behind?

I’ll check out the site Belle. Like Anna, I also hope she’ll have an opportunity to perform here in PI. I’m pretty sure that if she join a reality tv show here, she’ll really be chosen.
I think it’s an Asian Community Site, a trackback links of anything ASIANS. There’s that Edison Chen (HK actor) Sex scandal news which is still HOT in local newspaper here. I doubt this site is categorize as “ASIA”. Not sure, parang version lang ng Youtube ata.
I was watching AI Season 7 and a Fil-Am was in top 24. During the 1st Soul Week (Top 24), she got a really nice comments from the 3 judges and all came in mind was Steph’s, only if she did join, she’ll go places but now that shes into recording, SHE’LL BE BIGGER.
Ok lang siguro if Steph’s site is linked to that, legit naman siguro yung community site.
wow, i had no idea your daughter was studying biomechanical engineering. That sounds really hard.
Reminds me of the singer from The Offspring, a hard rock band. He has some kind of advanced science degree from USC, I think.
