Hello Blogger-friends!

Hello fellow bloggers and readers. Sorry for the blog inactivity for almost a month. Were it not for the emails I received from my friend Dine, and my dear SIL, I would have forgotten my blog permanently…hehe. Well, nothing is wrong. I have been extra busy these past weeks. You know that I hold a full time job, plus I work overtime now and then. Then I recently volunteered to manage Stephanie Mae’s myspace site because she is extremely busy at school, taking a very hard curriculum. I thought that by taking over the job of adding friends to her site, it would help her focus on her studies.
The process though of adding friends on myspace is tedious and time-consuming. I thought there should be an easy way of doing it without taking up all my time. So, I google searched and learned that there is a program that one can download for a fee of $30. I wasn’t sure if this is an effective software and would not bring in spams to the site. Nevertheless, I presented the idea to my boss, (who else, my daughter..hehe), and she suggested that we wait for a while.
Also, I found out through my friend, Dine, that managing a myspace accounts is one activity that some of her staff do at “On Assist. Com“, an online assistant. If only I have plenty of moolah, I would love to have their site do it for me for a very reasonable cost. They can help you with everything you can possibly imagine. Their services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week even on holidays. So, if you have something requiring professional attention, assistance is only click away.
On an entirely different note,
Balut anyone?

Hi Belle, I’m glad you’re back. I was wondering what happened to you. G told me he has not received the CD yet. I was wondering does he have to send the paypal first or how?
As for balut, I don’t think I will ever eat that…hehehe! What’s the taste like? Do you cook (boil) them first or eat them raw? Either way, I will pass. I cannot even eat raw eggs, let alone balut
Belle, forgive my curiosity…but did people really eat that baby duck embryo? How did they do it? just gulp it down to the throat or you got to munch them?
Elyani, I shipped the CD quite a while ago to the address you provided. And say for example, I mistakenly wrote the wrong address on the package, I should have gotten it back, but, so far, I haven’t. The CDs that I mailed to Qatar at much later date were even received already. Does it really take that long to mail a first class item to Canada? Let’s give it a little more time otherwise there is no way of tracing it. We’ll email and talk to you tonight. I have to go to work…bye bye for now my friend.
NO to BALUT. Maski masilam an, dai ako makaon kaan. Hamak an baging gadugo pa. Hahaha.
I told you, “stage mom” ka na.
Balut doesn’t look appetizing like that. I used to like dinuguan before, but my stomach can’t …. well, stomach it anymore.
Tough being a manager, isn’t it?
Belle,
I just received an information from G that the CD has arrived safely. He forgot to tell me…argghhh!!!…he will send the paypal to Stephanie PO Box a.s.a.p. Thanks!
Elyani, problem is solved then…thank goodness.
To answer your question about the balut, yes, they eat the whole thing. actually, after i opened the egg, i took a look at it, and i chickened out. it went to the trash…hehe.
K, so gross looking, isn’t it? would you eat it though if money is involved, say $50? hehe.
Wil, i can still eat dinuguan especially the one cook with kamias and pure meat. no bituka pls.
hehehe, indeed, it is tough.
hahah “I chickened out” did you mean to make that pun mommy?
Stage mom ka na nga
$50..hmmm…di din..hahaha
belle, i love balut,
but that one is just a little bit too…
formed.
may mata na!!!
yikes.
now, i’m wondering, bakit wala akong myspace account? lol.
for the love of life! balut?! i am the only one in the family who doesn’t eat balut, pero gusto ko yung lasa ng sabaw nito.
at kita talaga yung utak!!!!!
hahaha pano ka nagkaroon ng balut jan?! hehe I love Balut…as in I can finish 5 hehe
Goodluck to Stephanie…I have a myspace account but it’s inactive but I’ll support Steph! hehe
Hi Belle! I like drinking the liquid of the balut and the yellow one. I let my hubby eat the rest.
I understand how busy you are at the moment but it’s for a good cause. More power to Stephanie.
how come you have balut there tita belle? I can’t eat balut pero yong pinoy pwede pa:)
Yummy! Though looking at the picture you can understand why some people would be grossed out hehe
You don’t look at balut before or while eating it. You just eat. Yup, as chesca says, it’s a bit post-mature.
I love balut but preferably penoy (the egg that didn’t hatch).
look who’s talking–i asked (or i was kinda worried) why you have not been blogging, but i myself was not able to visit friends’ blogs lately, as i too have been extremely busy. and i saw you plug my office, thank you.
as to balut–i love balut, and so do my kids, though they do not eat the fetal chick as they call it. it’s cooked anyway. i like the one that is just right, the chick should only be tiny. some would already have feathers!
just passing by to say, HI, and congratulations!
